Terms of Use

By creating an account or using BeyondLife you agree to these terms. They add to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
What BeyondLife is, and is not
- The AI recreation is software built from memories your family provided. It is not the real person, it can be wrong, and it never replaces them.
- It is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and it is not therapy. If you are struggling, contact Tele-MANAS (14416) or someone you trust.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Rules for creating a person
- You may create a person only if they have passed away, they are not a public figure, and you are their close family.
- You must have the right to upload what you add, and you confirm the declarations you make when you create the person.
- Never use BeyondLife to impersonate or deceive anyone, to harass or harm anyone, or to recreate the voice of a living person.
- We may lock a person or suspend an account that breaks these rules, or when a family member raises a valid objection.
Your content
You own what you add. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our providers, only to run BeyondLife for you. Replies the AI writes are generated for you from your memories; please do not present them as statements the real person made.
Plans, payments and ads

- Paid plans are subscriptions sold through the App Store. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- Manage or cancel any time in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Each billing period starts a fresh allowance. Unused messages and plan minutes do not carry over.
- When a subscription ends you return to the free limits. Your memories, chat history, export and deletion always stay available.
- Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change reaches you. Ads appear only on the free plan.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BeyondLife running but cannot promise it will always be available. We may change or end features, with notice where we can.
Liability
BeyondLife is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what an AI reply says, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you rights that say otherwise.
